2. Purpose of processing - Art. 13 para. 1 letter c of GDPR 2016/679

The personal data provided (name and email address and the content of the message) are necessary in order to respond to your request.
The processing of data will take place with the consent of the data subject, to be given when filling out the information request form after reading the information notice available in that section of the website.
No further processing based on the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller is planned.

3. Types of data processed

Common data (for example: first name, last name, phone number, email address, and information provided in the text by the individual); required data are marked by (*)

4. Communication and dissemination of data - art. 13 para. 1 letters e f GDPR

The data resides in the email service at our Company and is not transmitted to others. Personal data is not subject to dissemination.

5. Profiling

Your personal data is not subject to any fully automated decision-making, including profiling.

6. Processing methods - Art. 13(2)(a) GDPR

The processing of personal data consists of the simple collection through the contact request form available in the CONTACT and CONTACTS section of our institutional website. No processing of any kind is performed.

7. Data storage

Your data will be stored on the workstations of the Offices only for the period necessary to provide a response to the user, and will then be permanently archived at the time of the response itself, and kept only for the time required by law in terms of email management.

8. Data subject rights - Art. 13(2)(b)(c)(d) GDPR

The data subject has the right to:
- request from the Data Controller, using the contact details provided in point 1, access to their personal data and information related to it (see Art. 15 GDPR);
- rectify inaccurate data or complete incomplete data (see Art. 16 GDPR);
- erase (the so-called “right to be forgotten”) personal data concerning them (upon the occurrence of one of the conditions set out in Art. 17, paragraph 1, GDPR, and subject to the exceptions laid down in paragraph 3 of the same article);
- restrict the processing of their personal data (upon the occurrence of one of the cases set out in Art. 18, paragraph 1, GDPR).
- to request and obtain from the Data Controller – using the contact details provided in point 1 and in cases where the legal basis for the processing is the contract or consent, and this is carried out by automated means – your personal data in a structured and machine-readable format, including for the purpose of transmitting such data to another data controller (the so-called 'right to data portability', see Article 20 GDPR);
- to object at any time to the processing of your personal data in the presence of specific circumstances concerning you (see Article 21 GDPR);
- to withdraw consent to the processing, using the contact details provided in point 1, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to the withdrawal;
- in case you believe that the processing of personal data carried out by the data controller violates the provisions of the GDPR, to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority located at Piazza Venezia No. 11 - 00187 Rome (Art. 77 GDPR) using the following means:
• registered letter A.R. addressed to the Data Protection Authority at the above address;
• email to the address protocollo@gpdp.it or certified email to protocollo@pec.gpdp.it (this address is configured to receive communications only from certified email or to refer to the appropriate judicial authorities (Art. 79 GDPR).

9. Provision of data

Providing the personal data requested in the registration form is mandatory in order to respond to the request submitted through the aforementioned form.
